Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
Balomero is the brand name under which Aura Edge Consulting & Coaching LTD provides its services. Registered details: Smart Station – First Floor, Incubator Building, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (TRN 105202723000001). Contact: [email protected]. The contracting party for all bookings is Aura Edge Consulting & Coaching LTD. These terms apply to all coaching sessions booked through this website.
2. The service
We provide personal coaching sessions, held online (video call) or in person as agreed. Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, medical or psychiatric treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for professional healthcare. It is intended for adults who are fundamentally stable. If you are in acute distress, please contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Booking and payment
Sessions are booked through the online booking system and paid in advance by card (processed by Stripe). All prices are shown in USD (US Dollar). Your booking is confirmed by email once payment is completed.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session; cancelled sessions are refunded in full. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. In the event of a genuine emergency, you may request a one-time courtesy reschedule by replying to your confirmation email. If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or a new appointment, at your choice.
5. Your responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and participate voluntarily.
6. Confidentiality
Everything you share in a session is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with the provision of coaching services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or other non-excludable liability.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
