About

The person you’ll be speaking with.

Balomero is not an institute. It is one person, one method, and the years of close attention that produced it.

Klaus Barth, founder of Balomero
The story

I’m Klaus Barth.

For over fifteen years I worked as a management consultant — leading and guiding transformation projects for internationally oriented companies across sectors, at Tier-1 consulting firms and global financial institutions. I grew up in Germany, trained in a technical apprenticeship before university, then spent ten formative years in Switzerland before my wife and I followed a pull we couldn’t fully explain and moved to the UAE — which we now call home.

Consulting shaped a discipline I never dropped: structure what is unclear, build what makes sense, make it measurable, and move people and the business forward with it. I loved that work, and I was good at it. Alongside it I lived at full throttle — travelled widely, trained hard, went out, said yes to most of what life offered.

Then I did what everyone does.

The pace had a price. At some point I wanted a way to genuinely switch off — not just on holiday. So I tried what everyone tries: yoga, meditation, the seminars that come with them. And since I don’t do things halfway, I went deep.

Two things happened at once. It worked — something in the body clearly responded, and there was real relaxation in it. And at the same time, something in me resisted. Most people pick one of those observations and ignore the other. I wanted to know why both were true.

I think like a consultant and sense like a yogi. It’s an unusual combination — and it’s exactly what this method is built on.

A consultant’s head. A yogi’s senses.

I’ve always been sensitive to what happens in a body — mine and others’. So I did the only thing I knew how to do with something unclear: I treated it like a consulting project. Observe. Test one thing at a time. Note what actually changes when you do something, or come into contact with something.

Out of years of that work a system emerged — at its core a simple yes/no read from the body: what works, what doesn’t, and what really happens beneath the surface when you act. Not a technique borrowed from a school. A method built from observation, tested until it held.

The years of testing.

I was fortunate to have open, curious friends who let me test everything. Out of that grew several groups: when someone didn’t feel well, we traced what it meant and where the root actually sat — not the surface story. I owe those friends, my guides and training partners through that period, more than I can say.

Some of what we observed in those years I won’t put on a website. It would sound too remarkable, and I’d rather keep my logic-first reputation — and let you experience the work instead of asking you to believe anything. What I can say: those years trained me in how to guide people to their own learnings, to show blocks, and to remove them. Is it always easy? No. But it is trained — so that your way can be the effective one.

Why Balomero exists.

I don’t do this because I have to — I’m free to choose what I work on, and I chose this. My reason is simple: people who are stable and feel well make everything around them a little more stable and well. I want to pass on something that lasts and makes sense.

Balomero is one person today — but not forever. I’m currently training two to three people, hand-picked and trained the same way the method was built: slowly, through direct experience, until it holds. They will support the practice as demand grows. Nothing about the standard changes — I’d rather stay small than dilute what works.

Away from sessions you’ll find me around fast machines — cars and motorbikes are my hobby — and in the markets, where I trade and invest. Above all: family. I have a wonderful wife who backs everything I do, as I back her.

The fastest way to know me is a conversation.

Not a sales call. The first session is already the method.
